These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultancy, training, audit and advisory services provided by Laser Protection Adviser Ltd and are separate from the website Terms and Conditions.

  1. Scope of Services
Services are limited to those expressly described in the relevant quote, proposal, or written agreement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval.
  2. Delivery and Completion
Services will be delivered within the timeframe agreed in writing. Where no specific timeframe is stated, services will be delivered within a reasonable period. The service is deemed complete once the agreed deliverables have been provided.
  3. Service Levels and Ongoing Support
Service Level Agreements (SLAs), response times, or ongoing support obligations apply only where explicitly agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
  4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, access to premises, equipment, and relevant personnel as required to deliver the services. Laser Protection Adviser Ltd is entitled to rely on information provided by the client.
  5. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are as stated in the quote or invoice. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  6. Professional Advice and Reliance
All advice, training, and assessments are provided based on the information available at the time of delivery and in accordance with applicable guidance and standards. Recommendations do not remove the client’s legal responsibility for ongoing compliance and safe operation.
  7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Laser Protection Adviser Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  8. Variations and Additional Work
Any variation to the agreed services must be confirmed in writing. Additional work will not commence without written approval.
  9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland unless otherwise agreed in writing.
