The copyright in the material contained in the laser safety audit tool, including the questions, notes and documents design, text and graphics belong to Laser Protection Adviser Ltd.  All rights are reserved. None of the material in the laser safety audit tool provided to you may be reproduced, broadcast, displayed or redistributed without Laser Protection Adviser Ltd.’s written permission. You may, however, print copies of the completed laser safety audit for your records. Laser Protection Adviser Ltd. owns all trademarks and logos, and you may not copy or use them in any manner.

GENERAL:

Each Party will comply with all the applicable requirements of Applicable Data Protection Laws.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

If any of these terms and conditions are found to be illegal or not enforceable, then said terms will be severed and deleted and the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be binding and enforceable.
